Terms and Conditions for Pure-Air

Welcome to Pure-Air! By accessing or using our services, Read these terms carefully before you submit your order for the service. By placing an order on the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect. We may modify these terms for any reason at any time by posting a new version on our website. These changes do not affect the rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes.

Copyright

The ownership and copyright of the design and content of this website vests in Pure-Air. You may download or print property details for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not alter any of the details or images. You may not make them available for public viewing or use them for or in connection with any commercial purpose.

Service Agreements

  • Service Scheduling: All services must be scheduled in advance. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slots, but availability may vary based on demand and resource allocation.
  • Service Contracts: For AC Annual Maintenance Contracts, specific terms regarding the scope, frequency, and duration of services will be outlined in a separate contract agreement.
  • Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Pure-Air reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Service prices are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change. All prices are in Dirhams and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Pure-Air reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time for our technicians to perform the services. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible and free from obstructions. Pure-Air is not liable for delays caused by the client’s failure to prepare the premises.
  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and the required services. Any misrepresentation may lead to additional charges or service delays.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • Service Quality: Pure-Air is committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within given timeframe to address any concerns.
  • Limitations: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Pure-Air does not guarantee the complete elimination of dust, allergens, or contaminants through air duct cleaning.
  • Third-Party Products: Any third-party products or parts used during repairs or maintenance are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and Pure-Air is not responsible for defects in these products.

Disclaimer Of Liability

  • Limited Liability: Pure-Air’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Damage to Property: While we take great care in performing our services, Pure-Air is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages that occur during the provision of services due to factors beyond our control.
  • Force Majeure: Pure-Air is not liable for any delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment. Your refund will be initiated once your cancellation request is received in our customer care center.

System Or Equipment Breakdown

Where a system/equipment is malfunctioning, Pure-Air would investigate whether or not the malfunction was attributable to the work carried out by Pure-Air. If this was the case, Pure-Air would fix the equipment at no charge to the customer. However, where Pure-Air recommends a new replacement part/unit, e.g., an AC motor, and the customer will not provide approval, insisting instead on a repair and, subsequently, the unit fails, Pure-Air will not be held responsible for any malfunction or subsequent damage caused to the property/assets.
